I feel that both men and women should be paid the same for equal work. Gender shouldn’t be a factor in how you get paid. I feel as this poster will get the message that there is a pay gap and hopefully soon this gap won’t be a thing, and everyone will be paid for equal work. I don’t think anyone will be offended besides people who profit off this gap.
